We offer online LIVE sessions of varying difficulties to help you add intensity to your activity. We guide you on how to use condition specific exercise training to manage your symptoms. Last year Neuro Heroes won a Parkinsons UK Excellence Award for their commitment to patient centered care and this ethos is at the heart of everything we do. Come and speak with us to learn more about how we can help you.

Bounce Back – provide support through one-to-one sessions and group classes that have been designed to address common disease symptoms and side effects including balance, fatigue and muscle weakness.

The Bounce Back Online Timetable was introduced in 2020 to ensure people with Parkinson’s as well as other long term clinical conditions had access to specialised safe and appropriate exercise classes. The timetable consists of four weekly exercise classes, monthly exercise challenges, group socials and a friendly WhatsApp Support group. The live classes are also recorded and available for members to watch on demand.

Reach your Peak – Chartered Physiotherapists Maria Lewis and Sally Tawhai launched Reach Your Peak in 2016. Understanding that exercise is a vital part of Parkinson’s treatment, they wanted to empower people with Parkinson’s to be their own expert and allow them to exercise at a time and place that suits them. Their aim in setting up the virtual clinic was to create an online community to help people live well with Parkinson’s.

Parkinson’s specific exercise delivered at the correct dose will reduce your symptoms and delay the progression of your condition. At Reach Your Peak, we deliver education and workouts that are tailored to your needs, meaning that you have complete control over when, where, and how you exercise.
